I was wondering what the most popular colors are among forum members. Voting includes cars on order, not just cars already owned so please vote even if you don't have your car yet (like me).

For convenience I have lumped all grays together, all silvers, all blues, reds, blacks, etc. rather than break them down by specific shades and names.

So did I. Maybe once the 991 Turbo has been delivered in significant numbers there will be an increase in black votes.

There are definitely different folks over here than there are at the other 991 forum. Many of us frequent both but apparently some only hang around here because the numbers by color are very different. Interesting...

I have a house over there but I spend most of my time in Miami. Sanibel is a lousy place to drive because everyone drives at 25 MPH and it makes me nuts. Also, over here in Miami you see exotics daily and by 'exotics' I mean super cars as well as gorgeous young women (not that I stand much of a chance to get inside either of them!).

But, spending a week per month over there walking on the beach, especially when family visits, is pretty special.

Clembo, whereabouts in FL are you located? I'm guessing you're a snowbird from MA, right? I'm just the reverse: a Florida native who escapes the heat, humidity and hurricanes every summer and fall by heading north.

Speed - you are correct. Sanibel in the winter, Boston in the summer. Bought my 991 and a Cayenne S at Porsche Ft Myers last spring, may not bring the 991 down next winter, too many slow rides down SanCap, not worth it, Harley works better for Island travel.
