With RNL, I have the Escort 8500ci with laser shifter. Has saved me countless times both with radar and the laser shifter. Even works pretty well around corners. Only false alarms are with these solar panel looking devices on the interstates around me in NE Ohio. I had a hard-wire install at my Porsche dealer. I just paid their normal labor costs for I believe around 6-8 hours of work. They suggested an offsite garage that does a lot of aftermarket upgrades on Porsches for a cheaper install, but as they had never done an install on a 991 I went with the dealership. Also found that my auto insurance covers any electronic devices on my car as long as the work is done by the OEM or the dealership, so double bonus.

I have 2 V1s and would not recommend one or buy a 3rd until "mike" comes up with a fix to the false alarms (and hey mike, SAVVY ain't even close, in fact it's kind of an embarrassment in comparison). I'm sure Escort is laughing all the way to the bank!

V1 forever.
Just keep sound low and keep arrow in line of sight.

Over sensitive perhaps, but always there when needed.

I was a huge V1 fan for years. Till the State Police and most local departments where I live went to laser. I do love my 9500ci w. laser interceptor for laser shifting

Valentine-1 )) Use it for mainly 60-130mph use for my 911 turbo--- I've seen 5.0 do double road traps--the arrows- showed front and back...Saved my butt countless times...Use also-V1 going upstsate--highway--so far so good...Yes-it picks up laser when it bounces off someone else...You have to be a smart and defensive driver at all times..Your radar/brain has to be in tune also.
