Nice build - Did you leaving anything off the list??
I haven't seen too many mahogany interiors in person, so you may want to ask some of the members to post their relevant interiors. In my very humble (and subjective) opinion, the wood tends to go well with lighter tan colors.
Not sure if the headlights in black on a black car will be overkill and remove any contrast?
I also presume heated and ventilated seats are embedded somewhere in this build.

Burmester + PDK + PSE + Sunroof + Sportchrono + Electric seats =
Same price as the powerkit. That's 430 bhp, PSE, Sportchrono, and a hand built motor from the speciality shop... along with other good stuff.
I'd keep the interior, exterior, wheels and wood but add the powerkit, move the seat myself, shift my own gears and open the windows for sun and music.
But, of course, our wants are different.

I'm assuming the OP is not interested in the Powerkit since it's a 4S for 4 season use. Even with the Powerkit he'd be over the price of the new GT3. Since the OP has PDK as an option, might as well get the GT3 and save some cash.

How is the powerkit a contraindication of 4 season use?
And, if 4 season use is assumed, how is a GT3 indicated?
Odd.

If you are leasing I have nothing to say but if you are buying here's my 2 cents. I can tell you from my past experience and some knowledge of the car business that if you are buying and want decent resale value you are going to get hurt by that color as it has a very limited audience. The sound system is great but you will also get very little extra for it above the Bose system. Just my two cents.

Why by the Burmeister with the PSE? That exhaust is all you will want to hear. Otherwise looks like a very nice selection of options and a beautiful car.

Thanks a lot everyone for the valuable inputs. I'll probably change the color to something safe (any vote for dark blue vs agate vs basalt?). Thanks Jerry991
I actually prefer the look of the full beige leather, but configured with two tone as I've heard that the glare is quite an issue with the 991's steeper dash. Any thoughts?
Ny991, as far as I can see, the SC dial comes black by default in the Canadian configurator, but I'll confirm with the dealer.
JohnnyBahamas you brought up some very good points! I will reconsider the Burm. As this car won't see any track but the occasional spirited driving, I've set it up more for creature comfort rather than speed.
Duxsi good catch! I thought the black headlight was a standard option. I much prefer the standard look and you just saved me $700+.

I think that's a great build. Not sure about the mahogany trim or black/beige interior as I don't have either, but I have both the PSE and Burmester and they are awesome! When you're just cruising, you can turn up the Burmester and just relax. When you want to be more sporty, turn off the Burm, turn on the PSE. It's the best of both worlds!
