how to show mini map on 991's multifunction Display??

991s was picked up in Jan, Dec made. saw a video on youtube, that map shown on the multifunction display, but failed to find out how to set this option, does any1 know? or such thing is not true? thanks for your help!

When you say "multifunction display," do you mean on your PCM or your dashboard display behind your steering wheel. Here: http://www.porscheownersmanuals.com/...nual/ext/home/

YouTube is a wag on 991 features. Ignore it. Everything you need to know is at the link I passed. Happy motoring.

sorry for not being specific on the question, i really meant the right end screen behind the steering wheel.
did you try to set the function to show a mini map before?

That map is a default. Rotate your right side multifunction wheel to the map. Push the button in to access the other map options, such as 3D view, etc. All of this info is also in your paper manual book, my friend.

If you don't have the multifunction wheel just keep pressing the lever (lower right behind the steering wheel down and it will click through all of the screen options. It will come to the "mini" map.

When you are using your NAV to drive someplace, each time a new command is spoken, the turn sequence automatically pops up on the MFD. Then the MFD goes back to whatever was previously there.
