No drill front licence plate mount

Have never understood the appeal of the offset/towhook license plates. Yes, I get that offset plates look good on certain Japanese cars (with Japanese plates...), and maybe a few other applications, but they look awful on a Porsche—at least to these eyes. I'd rather drill my bumper and mount a front plate. But the rare-earth magnet setup on the Agate Gray 991.2 Carrera GTS, as seen in a radar install thread, remains my favorite. Need to get around to doing it, however…
(Because I don't want to drill my bumper, either.)

However, I am sometimes amazed how often I see them left in place that way permanently—and suspect I might do the same in between two trips into SF in a few days and then.... There's a TT around here with the front plate bracket in place and the license plate mounted to the left lower bumper. My inner OCD just wants to Fix. It. Kinda like the new Land Rover with its slightly offset rear plate, which is funny because I get what they were going for and an offset plate can look good (LR3, 88-inch, vintage FJ, Lancer Evo, early Skyline, and the list goes), but the face of modern 911s don't wear it well. Perhaps Porsche should just start putting a tow hook in the middle of the front bumper, too? Then it would be under the front plate...

For those with PDC/parking sensors ... I recall looking at Rho Plate (https://www.rho-plate.com/pages/rho-plate-v2) with the extension option but I've not yet decided to purchase it.

@visitador, you are referring to the Skene bracket (https://skenebrackets.com/) ... it still requires making holes in the bumper but they are underneath so not visible when removed.

I've heard tell of some product out there that claim to have some sort of sensor reflector that tricks the sensor into at least not complaining. Can't remember where I saw that product and no idea as to if it works effectively.

I want mine to work. I hate the fact that I live in a state that requires a frt plate. Ohio yes, FL. no.

@GKGEIGER Agree with you about wanting it to still work. I'm going to initially go the no-plate route even though it is not really legit in OR, I've checked out many cars in my area and notice quite a number of them not having plates. I also have ACC so my options are very limited ... a center mounted plate that is positioned higher to clear the ACC or the extended tow-mount solution, neither is very attractive.

Without reading all 104 posts, can someone tell me what brkt. size for the Skene brkt. for a 991.2 GTS? They don't list my car in their brkt. size table. If you've done this install and have a picture I would be very appreciative. Thanks in advance.
