SRP 991 Racing Pedals 2013
Hello,
It's time for a 2013 update. If you haven’t seen my other threads, my company is SRP Racing. We are an official Rennlist sponsor. We have been making racing pedals since 1995.
www.srpracing.com
--------------------
Our pedals are designed to offer the highest levels of grip and much improved heel toe sizing. They are also the best looking pedals on the market I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves. We have many different surface finishes to choose from. The Grid surface finish is the most popular, so that is what I mostly post pictures of.
--------------------
Your feet will not slide on our pedals. Once you start braking, your foot will not slide. However, you still have plenty of control for blipping the throttle. You DO want your foot to slide on the gas pedal. This is so you can apply the throttle smoothly. You will notice that our Grid finish gas pedals have smoother grids, so as to reduce the grip.
--------------------
As a reminder, I am going to keep running the Rennlist discount coupon code for Rennlist members. Just enter: rennlist while checking out for 20% off.
--------------------
Please note, the pictures below are just examples, and might not be for your particular car.
--------------------
Our newest design, the Spike pedals:

--------------------
Grid pedals now have larger “grids” than before:
--------------------
You can order the pedals in the shiny, raw machined or with a satin finish:
--------------------
You can also order our pedals with black anodizing.
--------------------
We do offer other finishes. Check out our website for more pictures and info.

If you would like more info on the grip levels of our pedals, follow the link below.

Here’s a video of Grid and Spike pedals being machined. It's a boring video for most people, but it shows how the pedals are made and the amount of time it takes. After doing this first pass shown in the video, I then run a second pass a couple thousandths deeper to make the finish a bit cleaner. The mounting holes and the final outside passes still need to be done. The footrest and gas pedals on Porsches are huge, so they really take lots of time when compared to the brake and clutch.

Thanks to pedal pusher/SRP racing for great pedals, customer service and flawless delivery.
Not to hijack this thread, but just wanted to show off the full SRP manual heel-toe racing pedal set with my (separate) clutch extension. I'm 5'6'' and can drive the car fine - but honestly, for me, the clutch pedal position on the car is uncomfortable when fully pressed down.
Yesterday I finally cut the pedal extension piece (which is fairly heavy gauge steel plate) to fit the SRP clutch pedal cover and am very pleased with the results. The car feels better than ever, somehow I hit my own personal sweet spot with the pedal setup on this final clutch pedal adjustment.
A quick test drive turned into a 100 mile-plus hoon up and down the northwest coast last night. When your car feels just right, all the time and effort you put into tuning is finally justified! Anyway! Cheers and thanks again SRP!

nicoli, very nice!!! any reason for going with black ones vs silver?
My interior has so much black in it , I was thinking of the silver pedals and maybe even the ones with a red stripe. Do you think this combo might be too ricey? Once the holes are drilled there is no going back, short of buying another set.

Hey thanks, they really feel good working the pedals. The quality and grip to your feet as was said is amazing. I keep missing your awesome northwest drives so haven't seen your interior in person but pedals of this quality wouldn't look ricey imo.

Hmm, it looks like I am in the minority but I prefer the stock pedals and never had my foot slip off on the street to track. I have a PDK but I do really like the heel/toe extension on the accelerator pedal. That prob helps a lot with blipping the throttle.

I've got a 7MT and I specifically got the pedals for the heel/toe extension. I found the stock pedal spacing between the accelerator and brake pedals to be too wide. The extensions on SRP pedals make heel/toe work so much easier.
