If so....LOVE IT. Its actually one of the main reasons I went with the 18-way seats. I have this feature on my M3 and could not go back to seats with out it.
If the owner's manual ever feels obligated to use the word 'squib' then I'm outa here. I'll be back in a 356 before the ink dries.

It's a very personal choice. I thought 18-way too uncomfortable and preferred 14-way, accepting slightly less hold for track days in return for more comfort in daily driving.

I've taken a few 3 hour rides with the 14-way and been very comfortable.
