New Build 991 C4S Opinions

Have you thought of the two-tone Agate/Pebble interior? That would be a nice cool color in the Florida heat. I have a C4S Cab on order that I did luxor beige and got deviating carpets in black (black exterior) so I wouldn't have a light color on the floor to deal with, but keep seats/doors/dash in the lighter colors. Perhaps that could be done with the Agate so it isn't one color exterior/interior?

A quick take, based on mine. Hope it helps:
Burmester Audio Package – Over-priced, but excellent sound. No regrets.
P3E Premium Package Plus – Various features good/useful, some detailed below.
Agate Grey Metallic – Considered this, but chose less common dark blue. No regrets.
Agate Grey leather interior – Chose black for wear reasons. Don’t have heat worries here.
Delete Model Designation – Looks better and less fuss. Model on console lid instead.
ParkAssist (front and rear) – Glad to have it for city/everyday driving.
Electric folding exterior mirrors – Nice feature, but leave mine out to keep things away from body…
Bi-Xenon headlights in Black with Porsche Dynamic Light System (PDLS) – Excellent performance.
Sport Exhaust System – Good balance between stealth and affair modes. Wish it would stay in selection.
Porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK) – Miss stick, but prefer PDK for city/everyday driving. No regrets.
Porsche Dynamic Chassis Control (PDCC) – Excellent performance. No regrets.
Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes (PCCB) – Overpriced, but excellent performance. No dust!
Sport Chrono Package – Good features. Glad to have it.
Power Steering Plus – Don’t have. Found it removes sensitivity and didn’t feel need. No regrets.
Wheels 423 20-inch Carrera S wheel – Look great and no issues.
Wheel center caps with colored Porsche Crest – Look great.
Wheel spacers, 5 mm – Fill in wheel wells nicely. No regrets.
Steering wheel heating – Don’t have. No need in this climate.
Adaptive cruise control incl. Porsche Active Safe (PAS) – Don’t have. Not avail at time of order.
Sport Chrono clock dial in Carrera White – Don’t have.
P06 Power Sport Seats (14-way) – Have 18-way PSSs. Basic sport seats in GTS more comfy on butt.
Instrument dials in White – Don’t have.
Seat belts in Guards Red – Have yellow to match brake calipers. Look great, but stains/dirt already…
Multi-function steering wheel – Wanted paddles so got sport wheel. Prefer look, but miss controls.
Porsche Crest on Seat header – Don’t have.
Carbon interior package – Don’t have.
Voice Control – Terrible. Don’t bother.
Online Services – Don’t have.
Other:
Sunroof – Almost never open fully. Tilt-open excellent for venting when parked. No regrets.
Heated Seats – Must for leather. Work well. No regrets.
Ventilated Seats – Must for leather. Work well. No regrets.
Sat Radio – Terrible. Don’t bother.

Thank you all again
So tomorrow off to the Porsche dealer again to finalize color and options. Any more thoughts:
so have added Glass Sunroof, Carbon around console
Change from multi-function wheel to sorts wheel
Still debating seats and exterior color: now may be white, or silver or agate grey
As far as seat belts was a Volunteer Fireman for years and am partial to Red (also has a Bahama Yellow 911T circa 1972 and I am over yellow)
Looks like we have a March build slot
Again thanks to all commenters

I have a base coupe Agate Gray, platinum gray interior, and ordered the 20 inch Carrera S wheels in Platinum. The price includes the Porsche wheel crests in Gold. They look superb IMO in combination with agate gray. The salesman suggested it and he was right.

The drive. Well have had 991, 996, 997, Cayenne and Panamera Drove an S and 4S The 4S stayed mostly in rear drive 100% mode until I pushed is thru some S Curves and a hairpin or two. Impressed by no over or under steer. Also seems to be somewhat tighter than the S. I have always has Cabs (well first 911 was a Coupe) Since I only had the top down a few times a month (too hot or too buggy or wet) I thought I would give the coupe a try

I test drove both C4S coupes with and without power steering plus. I also had it on my Panamera S In traffic and around town it makes a big difference. On the road and when pushing the car did not see a big difference. It drastically cuts steering effort when parallel parking (if one is that brave)

the natural I am referring to is an brown-orange, not overpowering. Like a fine Hartmann or Coach briefcase. My wife's E550 circa 2010 has the color as did my 996. Full leather in Agate is bad enough and then 1025 to have steering wheel in guards red stitching to match seat belts and the numbers quickly go crazy......
