Yes - I had sides and rear glass tinted to the Porsche Cayenne tint (30%). Also had an essentially clear ceramic tint put on the windshield...blocks UVA and B, and keeps 50% of heat out.
Didn't want too dark of a tint, might look too "gangsta" for me

The tint did not scratch from the inside from the windows being rolled down??? Just want to confirm the inside seals have felt.

Personally I think 50% is a bit dark. Next time you are at a dealer, take a look at the new Cayennes. They have 30% on the rear passenger and rear hatch windows. On my new car, I have found that it provides plenty of privacy, given that there is a little reflectiveness to it. Makes it difficult to see in without it just looking BLACK. For me it looks a little more elegant with the 30% tint...same reason I decided not to get the wheels powder coated black.
That said, fully blacked out can look very cool, just not the look I was going for. Another thing I liked about getting the black car is that the air intakes on the car are all black, and I didn't like the contrast versus some of the other paint colors.

Actually have not rolled these down yet, dealer said to give it 5 days - just picked up the car on Wednesday. Previous tints on Benz E350, Cayenne GTS, and 997.1 did not scratch.
