Default Two tone interior

I want to know if anyone here has any experience with the Agate/Pebble interior. I have searched the threads & there is no conclusive answer to the question of wether blue jeans will stain the basically off white seats. Car will be mostly a weekend tourer. I keep my autos pristine but you do have to sit in them. Do I need to worry or go back to platinum two tone option?
Thanks for any help!

I considered it until i saw it on another car. In my opinion it's too light. I went with black/platinum.

+1. Pebble is way too light. Above combo is better

Got it - and I do like it because it's unique and eye catching, but in reality an off-white interior and carpets are just nuts. However the platinum isn't really that much darker either. If I did it again I'd definitely investigate deviating (agate) carpets.
The only jeans I wear are "prewashed" so they're not dark blue and I've haven't noticed any seat staining.

That combo is "tight".

I happen to love this interior because it is stunning in person.
I also won't mind the effort to keep it clean. If you had no problem then I'm sure I would not either. Thanks again.

i got the agate/pebble interior on my c2s cab order too (still waiting for it). i went back and forth a lot--the safe choice is definitely the darker colored black/brown/agate/blue. but my local dealer had a floor model with one...just stunning and unique. despite trying to talk myself out of it numerous times, i couldn't turn it down. i personally did not like the plat grey 2 tone with my plat silver exterior (imo works better with darker paints), but the 2 tones in general open up the interior look so much more than the darker leathers. like me, it sounds like you're pretty fastidious about your car--it's a labor of love keeping it clean! i saw a basalt black cab and agate/pebble interior too....now that would be non-stop work!!!! also, great input by WCE too, thanks.

Hey Oldman, yes the darker choices are safe but boring.
The pebble grey opens up the cabin to make it feel airy & luxurious.
I also attempted to talk myself into another choice but it kept calling me.
We all take care of our rides so why not make it special!

I have it in my Ruby Red car and absolutely love it. The standard floor mats are Agate, so no need to order the carpets in a deviated color. As long as you are careful the interior stays pretty clean. Not being a jeans wearer I can't offer any comment about color transfer to the seats. I use this as a daily driver and have about 8900 miles on it and the interior looks as it did when the car was delivered, and my golf bag "lives" in the back seat of this car!

I have the Black/Platinum in my 991 with Basalt Black ext. I love the color combo. Even the platinum seat showed 'jean stains' at some point, but this was an easy wipe clean with a mild leather cleaner. Every so often I wipe the seats and other areas (door panels, etc.) that occasionally catch a scuff...not a show stopper / deal breaker by any measure

I am thinking: Expresso as main color with Carrera Red custom seats/accent door/ lower dash colour.

There is a post that someone ordered a Expresso/Cognac custom.
