Considering Self install of Installed radar detector and Laser Interceptor system.

Due to weather my car is away for a couple months at least. I am thinking I may tackle installing the detector. Where I become a little concerned is getting the Laser head wires from the back license plate area to the front. I would have to pull the bumper which I don't think is a big deal. I found instructions on an exhaust manufacturers web page. The big question is what is under there as far as running wires? I have no idea.

Does anyone have any knowledge of the best way to get wires up under the dash?
