BT works great for phone and music............incredible sound and user interface.

manual says "message access profile" should allow text recieve/text template send??? iphone 5 with ios6.1 doesnt seem to allow this or i'm just stupid.

Do you get better sound quality when connected via USB? I may just go buy an iPod to permenantly keep in there. Have you been able get album art on your PCM screen?

Delete the iphone from the pairing list in PCM.
Enable BT notification in PCM if not enabled already.
Re-link/ pair the iPhone with the PCM.

See if that works...

I have the same exact issue. I'll try to re-pair as you say. If anyone has any luck on this option, I would love to hear how they got it working.

I just tried it (deleting device and re-pairing) but I could not find any setting on the PCM for Notifications. If you have a specific description as to where this feature can be enabled I would love to know.

I checked on both the PCM and the Blackberry and it does not list MAP as a listed profile on the PCM Bluetooth connection and on the MAP Options, it shows a red "x" under New Message Notifications.
