Interesting. I guess I am just addicted to the 991. I drive it every day. Wash it often and have a photo of it as my iMac screen home page..yet, I can't seem to get enough of this car.

It's especially interesting to consider how many people have become more successful than Charles Schwab by doing the opposite of what he advises. Could anybody be more different from the Carnegie approach than a Bill Gates or a Steve Jobs? If a similar video were made about those sorts of people, we'd learn that bawling out subordinates, building a culture of elitism, and demanding the impossible from everyone from employees to suppliers are the keys to success in business.
Perhaps the Carnegie strategy is more universally appealing because its advice can be followed by anyone, not just natural charismatics and talented technocrats. Perhaps that was your point in posting it.
