Door aluminum trim with leather pkg

I wonder if I Can install the aluminum trim on the doors of none leather package

I believe I read in a thread a few weeks ago that the door trim is glued on and cannot easly be replaced.

Door aluminim strip For the leather option, otherwise doors trim are plastic/vinyl plain .. Can I got these alum strips fixed on the plastic/vinyl doors?

no swapping on the door trim at this point
