Default 991 Lease Residuals ?

Has anyone heard what the money factor and residuals are for a base 991 for:

3 years
12k miles/year

or

4 years
12k miles/year

Thanks!

I can confirm the 61% residual for 3 year/12k. At 4 year/12k for an S coupe residual was 51%. MF 0.00200.

Taking this 1-step further, would it be correct to say that 2/year and 1/year residuals would be about 71% and 80% respectively.

Wow, that's a pretty solid 3yr residual... I wonder what it is on the base C2 Coupe.

I don't think those are accurate. I leased a base 991 manual earlier this month through PFS. For 36 months and 7,500 miles the residual is 62% and MF is .002. The 991S manual for the same term is 61% with the same MF. 36 month 12,000 mile residual has to be at least 2% below those.

Any price discounts on 991s or all leases are based on MSRP?

Leases are based on negotiated sale price, just like if you paid all cash, or financed. So it's up to you and the sales guy to work something out. Then you worry about paying for it...

To clarify, yes the total price is the negotiated price, but the residual is always calculated based on the MRSP. Any discount off MSRP effectively just reduces your monthly lease payments, but does not effect the residual.

I am not doubting you, but I was told a couple of days ago that the 36-mo, 12,000 mile residual on 991s coupe for July is 57%, the 27-mo is 63% and the 24-mo is 64%. Not sure if the dealer is jerking me around.

I can't verify your numbers but I do know that the earlier ones that we've been told to trust are inflated. Residuals are set by the leasing company (Porsche Financial Services) and the dealer has no ability to manipulate. The dealer is permitted to increase the lease money factor over the base rate set by PFS (currently .002) for some additional profit.

My 36 mo/12k lease is set at 61%. S coupe with MSRP of $123,900 with 5% disc.
