Nah, it's a temporary registration slip.
ND requires front and rear plates but I'm going to see how long I can get away with just mounting the rear plate. Made it three years the last time before I got nailed. Didn't get a ticket though. Got another six-months without having to run a front plate when I was stopped by our local trooper for no front plate. I told him the car had been purchased out of state ( true story) and that no mounting brackets came with the car ( a CLS 55 AMG) and it would have to be ordered from Germany, which would take a while (fudged a little there).
However, a buddy of mine runs a Viper and believe it or not, he got a document from the Governor's office that allows him to run only one plate. I plan on investigating that route next time I see him.

I am enjoying the hell out of this car. Can't stop driving it.
