G-meter from track event
Went out for my Wednesday night track night and this was my G-meter reading when I was done. Not sure how accurate this is but I thought it worth sharing nonetheless. It would be pretty sweet if the car actually pulled this many G's on street tires.

It's plausible. The German magazine sport auto tested a 991 S with PDCC and standard factory-equipment tires at a maximum of 1.4 g.

A peak G force can be much higher than the steady state g force. Most likely that is a peak. Still impressive though.

MOM3NTM you were putting down some really impressive lap times that night. Do I need to bring my non PDCC 991 out to the track this week to see if I can pull more G's or see how the 997.2 GT3 does against the 991???? hmmmmmmmm =)

I agree, peak but not sustained values.

Nice! I have seen 1.5+ lateral and 1.2 under braking but nothing close to 0.9G under acceleration.

I was seeing 1.5 laterally and 1.2 under braking at Laguna Seca and 1.4 and 1.1 at Thunderhill.

I recently experienced 1.11 for braking with regular street tires.

looks like fun, what tires (you mention if street tires?) or your insinuating the calibration might be off.
