Default Goodbye fellas.....

After spending an insane amount of time on this forum, and becoming frustrated with multiple delays on my order placed on 11/09/11, I got tired of waiting, and was doubting the sanity of buying a 134K 991S in what would now be June (who knows, it could've been delayed yet again), so I pulled the trigger on a new '12 997 TTS in Carrera White. It will be shipped here to FL and I should have it by the end of this upcoming week.

I am paying 28k more for the 997 TTS than my 991S order........which seems to be a smarter move to me.

Thanks to all my fellow posters for all the great info......I will still be peeking in from time to time checking out everyones new 991s as they arrive.

Hey your still in the 911 family! I actually started a thread on this on 6speed. Was at my dealer looking at the possibility of a 991S and they had a 2011 ttS slightly used (about 7500 miles I think) for just about the same money.....

What was the cause of delay? Did the car ever enter production? Was this from Champion?

You'll have to share pics, please. The TT never fails to impress. Even standing still, like in a photo.
