Default Rear reflectors

Just curious if anyone knows how easy it is to remove and replace the rear reflectors?
I bought a set of painted ones for my X5 and 335 from the guys at IND distribution. I asked about ordering a set from them in Agate Grey, but they need a VIN to do a color match. Unfortunately I don't have a VIN just yet.

Anyone thought of or planning to do this?

The rear reflectors do look like blank and did catch my eye....may be requirements for other countries, etc......a little Nissan Z like........

I think your plan is correct to find a solution.......IMHO

I think it was an interview in Chrisophorous that mentioned the reflectors are required because the LED light cluster would have otherwise had to be enlarged to include them. Personally, I think that is what they should have done - to me, the LED clusters are too small for such a large and featureless rear bumper (unless you call the busy chrome 'Porsche' and model script a feature - I certainly do not), and the reflectors look like an afterthought.
