Default CARB cert for west coast cars?

I keep hearing 'should be any day'. I also heard literally hundreds of 991s are being held in San Diego pending the CARB cert. Anyone have any updated info on this?

I have heard the same thing from a number of California dealers. Hope they arrive soon.

The best decision I ever made was to leave Commifornia. Now I hear the most broke state in the union is going single payer health care! You know, maybe it's just me, but I would think the first thing you should do when you have dug yourself a hole so deep you can no longer see the top is STOP DIGGING!

LOL, sorry for the political rant.

Your "Commifornia" rant does not even make any sense...

Yeah, you live in the Bay area so of course you can't comprehend it. The Bay area's answer to the economic crisis was to raise the minimum wage to $10/hour. Hell, they should have just made it $50 so everyone could drive a Porsche, it's only fair! LOL

I had to move almost 100 jobs out of California to much friendlier pastures and it's the best move I ever made for my company. I didn't want to, but Ca. made it impossible to stay and remain profitable. Instead every last one of those jobs still exists and then some. But what do I know?

You'll all learn the hard way soon enough.

So CARB kept the launch cars from making it to the Portland Auto Show. Local dealer had no cars to show. No Show. Love those idiots in California.

I don't know which state is dumber, Kansas where they don't teach evolution or California where they don't teach economics!

Here is CARB's latest assault on the car requiring 15% zero emissions vehicles by 2025. Nevermind no one wants the things and all they are are a money pit for the government to throw away tax dollars:

I'll be glad to volunteer and go back to give the state legislature a basic economics lesson.
