It is interesting that, based upon the pic above the two pics above, the most noticeable changes to the 997 compared to the 911 are 1) the lower portion of the 997 rear is more blunt and rounded and 2) the nose of the 997 is sharper, less blunt than the 911.

The 09 997.2 has a lot to offer in terms of both new technology and styling. The current incarnation will be hard to exceed in the near future (4-5 years). Which is why I traded my 06 Cayman S for an 09 S Cab (04/09 delivery). My concern about the future economy is not the slow down we are currently experiencing with relatively stable or falling pricing, but rather the rebound inflation due to limited supply and over abundant currency. It may be much easier to buy a 911 now than in the future where prices may far higher than they are now.
