I still don't know where you are but Drivers Choice Motors in the Orlando area (my go-to Indy) does PDK repair. @Ptech1 can maybe comment.

Have you tried deleting the codes? That just might allow you to get it into P. I've seen PDKs behaving normally for an interim period after codes were thrown and then deleted.

PDK failure

I just had to pay up $30,000 fro replacement at the dealer, as there was no shop willing/able to open up the PDK within hours of me.
Just broke my will. 2013 with only 32,000 miles.

Sad. zYou could have had it removed and shipped. People do it all the time. Sorry for your wallets loss...
