These Venoxy faces look really good. Seriously thinking about some yellow ones to break up my very black 911 C2S Cabrio.
DIY job or better at an Indy?
On a scale of 1-10 (hardest), it's maybe a 3 using the video. The connector on the backside is the hardest and I wouldn't have known how to disconnect it without the video.
Ok I'm back with the results....
After installing the gauges I realized they're not even close to o.e.m quality.
The contrast between the white numbers and the red on the gauges is really bad. The white numbers don't pop out as much. The red is not brilliant, is dull. They look plastic and cheap.
Let me know what you guys think... I'm going back to my black oem gauges unless there is another option out there.
I wish they were the same quality as the sport Chrono

I'm afraid I agree with you. They look dull and faded, especially compared to your Sport Chrono face and the bit glossy red trim you can see in your picture. I bet in person the contrast is even more noticeable. The poster who is happy with them got white and those look pretty good but the red they try to pull off misses the mark by a long shot. Comparing with the OEM red gauge faces makes the difference glaring. I would try to get a refund but personally, I wouldn't waste too much time chasing that and chalk it up to a $170 mistake plus the time it took to install them and then remove them.
Thanks for sharing your experience. It could save another member from the same frustration.

Sorry to hear about your experience. Here's another picture of my oem red faces with better focus for your comparison.
Not having bought anything just yet, based on my deep dive into aftermarket inserts, Venoxy seems to have much higher quality sport chrono dials and gauge faces better gauge dials. That red set is definitely not anywhere near OEM quality and I'd ask for a refund.

Again, my Venoxy set is FANTASTIC and quality on par with OE.
