Aftermarket steering wheel compatibility?

Default Aftermarket steering wheel compatibility?

So I want to to install a multifunction aftermarket steering wheel in my 991.1 Turbo that came with Sport wheel from factory without multifunction Buttons and iam getting diffrent answers if it will work or not or what is needed? Its an aftermarket wheel so you know!

It's been done several times but I've never done it.....but want to. I know there are several threads explaining the process here that you can reference

Renamed your thread so people who might actually know something about this will actually click on it.

As above, there are lots of threads about wheel retrofits, with and without buttons. There are aftermarket controllers to make buttons work, a necessity for a clockspring swap, etc., all depending on what you're doing.

your best bet is to contact GPS Adaptor guys directly and get it straight from the horse's mouth.

II am in the process of doing the same, 3rd time for me, but every time in a. car that came with MF from Factory

My understanding is MF can be added after the fact, but confirm with GPS guys
