Default Codes won't clear

Hi, new to the forum. I have two codes on a newly purchased 2015 Porsche Targa 4s that won't clear. No check engine light, or other lights in cockpit.

1)    Steering Wheel Electronics module: C11006 Coding. (Functions as you'd expect.)

2)    In the A/C module: 001821 Normal instead of sport. (A/C functions well.)

Car has no issues I can tell, just curious if anyone ever ran into the same issue.

The A/C module one sounds like one of those codes that comes up when the system is off? I recall some modules reporting an "error" or some kind of code when in specific run conditions that is normal. Perhaps someone else can chime in with specifics, I'm grasping at straws from several years ago here.

Thanks! I'm still looking for some help if anyone has run into these before. I'm simply ignoring these right now as they do not seem to affect the automobile at all.

Thanks again for responding,
Henning

My car (991.1) has a code that never clears with respect to the Sport Chrono clock. I just have ignored it. Have tried 2 different devices to clear it, it is always there. Seems not to be a big deal.

Actually I was googling that first code - it seems that might be something with the steering angle sensor. C11006

Read up on it online -- apparently it might need to be coded. Seems somewhat common. Does this car by any chance have a 991.2 steering wheel swapped in? I am reading that people who have swapped in the newer style steering wheel to replace their original wheel sometimes get that code.

Thanks Nashvegas! I found that too; however, my steering wheel functions as intended with paddle shifters working. The steering wheel is 991.1 just like the car. Good thoughts and thanks.
