2013 911s 991.1 transmission fluid change

do it soonest per experts who have repaired these beyond the dealers ability. . Also change the differential fluid at same time. I have tech manual which calls for it to be changed ar same time.
for those others here which are delaying past 30k+ miles, be advised you are at risk with transmission senors . These can fail at around 40k . The dealer has no capability to replace the sensors and Porsche doesnt sell them. If anyone here has doubts, call a dealer 😎
after years and many discussions, only prevention to early PDK failures is changing fluids .

i feel Giving an explanation will not satisfy your doubts. All the best .. 😎.
you might call by phone L&N engineering or another company in US which makes these sensors .

It is incredible how cheap it is to run these cars when you perform the maintenance yourself. Provided of course you know what you are doing and do not screw things up in the process.
Porsche brand manual transmission & front differential gear oil (5 L), AWD gear oil (1L), Tx fill & Tx drain plugs, 4 aluminum sealing washers: $261.

For the DIY crowd, I have 6 liters of Pentosin for sale https://rennlist.com/forums/market/1426386. Recently went from PDK to manual. Was getting ready to flush the PDK.....

The reason I see for changing the oil pan rather than draining the PDK fluid only (and may be doing this at shorter intervals than 12 years) is the pan being some kind of plastic.
I completely distrust this kind of material over a long time, especially when in contact with oil and at elevated temperatures.
Hopefully either your Porsche shop or your independent know how to properly torque the Al bolts and also do this accordingly.
I do not understand why the sensors should fail because of aged PDK clutch fluid. I rather believe these failures are a combination of electronic components failing at random, and due to accelerated aging at high temperatures.
Recently a friend had a PDK position sensor failure in her 718, after 75,000 mls. and 7 years. Car always driven moderately, like ladies do.
