Default My $6,000 Transmission Vent Tube…

2014 Carrera 4s. Last week thru a code for overheating PDK. Blocked vent tube where cap would not open and close. Transmission removed, fluids drained, transmission split to get to vent, replaced, 6 seals replaced, fluid replaced and transmission installed. Transmission reprogrammed. All for this rubber tube and rubber cap. 🤨

Was this at dealer. Curious since you said transmission split. Didnt think dealer would do that.

It was a Indy. His words and I was not paying attention so I do not know what he meant.

Curious which indy you used in Houston. Pm me if you'd rather not share in the open forum.

No, Coded in N.E. Texas so left at son’s house in N. Dallas. Asked him to take it to Zim’s after the weekend as I had to get back home for medical reasons. He did not and thus these results….
