check out Pedros

Happens to all variants (leather or without). My 991 lived indoors in a cool garage for its entire life and it made no difference with the inevitable lifting / warping.
The problem with these cars is the cheap adhesive along with too many plastic clips and components that become brittle with time.

Agreed. I’ve seen a few leather models with the issue as well. The nonsense here that it doesn’t happen to leather interiors has made many pass on otherwise great cars. Go figure.

Default Use Pedro!

Pedro fixed mine a couple of years ago and I have had no problem since. He actually researched the glue problem through the European supplier to find the exact glue that Porsche originally planned to use before changing to what was a problematic one due to some EU environmental issue. He has a simple way to get the door cards to him and then back to you. I can’t say enough good things about his knowledge of the problem and his work.

I am hoping Pedro is still in business as my new to me 991.1 is having this issue with both panels. I even called my local bike shop and they have a box for me.
