No, but I very much liked the copper hex nuts that I bought and used many of when working on exhaust systems of my BMWs. I bought a box of them and various sizes of plated steel metric bolts and nuts which came in a compartmented flip-up lid metal box. This was w-a-y back in time when a St. Louis area vendor named Imparts existed. The copper nuts came in two types which fit the same metric threaded stud or bolt: normal hex head with a larger external hex size with threaded cylindrical bore and a smaller hex head size to help in tight clearance areas such as exhaust manifolds and turbos. The smaller external hex head nuts were factory made to also function as locking nuts by mechanically deforming them after threading the previously cylindrical bore. They worked very well, with the only downside being that you couldn't hand tighten or loosen them due to the permanently functional locking feature. I still have many of the items in that assortment and have used them on other vehicles and projects. There are other sources that offer such assortments today, but the items from Imparts were OEM German car manufacturer quality.
