Have searched but only found videos or how to’s on replacing the armrest lid.

Anyone have pics or info on how the lower tray in the armrest that your mobile phone sits on is removed? I need to get under the tray to install the wiring for the smokers package. On my 991.2

I'm going to at some point replace my booster as outlined in the post above so when I do, I'll grab some pics.

 

Peel up the rubber at the rear of the mat. Then use a plastic trim tool with an L bend to give you leverage, under the pad. It'll pop up. Does take some force. iirc there were two or three of the typical spring clips. No screws.

There are two cables into it, one for power and coax to antenna, a pick tool helps to release the tabs in the connections.
