Default Fuse for 991.1 active spoiler

Looking to confirm that the active spoiler will be disabled by pulling fuse c5 left footwell. I have installed a techart wing and just need to get to the Indy for them to code it out I just want to be sure that the spoiler isn't going to try and deploy

Looks like so.

Have you considered removing the TechArt spoiler and the fuse.. then driving at 70 mph or maybe just pushing the center console button?
You should see an error pop up for the rear spoiler

I had considered this. I even attempted it. But here comes the ridiculous excuse haha. I can’t actually get the spoiler off. Idk how familiar you are with these but you need to remove the light from the spoiler to remove the spoiler and I can’t actually get that light out. It snapped in great but removal is proving to be difficult. The paint is still fresh at only a week old so I don’t want to go prying too much, so here I am. My worry is that I am not getting a fault on the dash. I do have one when I scan the car but the dash is not showing a fault even up to 95mph. I have turned the car to accessory mode and pushed the button to listen if I hear motors moving and did not but the lack of a warning on the dash is what’s making me nervous.

Haha, I used to have a TechArt Type II wing on my car - you’ve to either pry the 3rd brake light out with a screw driver etc or use a string and yank it out. Either ways, prepare to shed some paint every time you need to do this - air filters, belts and pulleys, exhaust stuff and everything else that needs the bumpers off. All of this made it an easier choice for me to get rid of the spoiler.
