selling my 17 991.2
I have several add ons which can be removed easily...which of these should I leave be or remove(easily)
Cobb Stage 1...easy delete and restore to factory tune
Rear fender stone guards
Soul SS exhaust tips(satin black)
Zunnsport front radiator mesh
hoping responses from the heart,,negatives are appreciated too.

Agree with @detansinn that those modifications are pretty benign and do not detract from the vehicle (although some may prefer a car without a tune).

Remove all of them.
Sell the car as-is, give the (potential) buyer the option to buy the car with (1) all the options; (2) some of the option (of his/her choice); or none of the options.
Just easier that way.

Most cars that I see sell quickly, with maximized value to the seller, are well cared for with a clean history. The more desirable options, color, millage and condition all play a part as well as proof of proper maintenance.
Regarding the mods - all 911’s must have stone guards, whether clear or black is a preference but it shouldn’t impact the sale one bit. Likewise with the mesh grills, frankly the car should come standard with these. The exhaust tips, at least to me, is like putting a different tire cap on. As long as they are not damaged and look like they fit the car no one likely notices. The tune may be the one mod someone is looking to avoid. Not saying it does any harm, just people have their preference. You’re already on here stating it has a tune so why not sell it with it and offer to remove it if that’s a deal breaker.
IMHO, at the end of the day you’re offering a pre-owned 911. The first sentence above is more relevant. Obviously the price point plays a part. Good, clean cars that are marketed well in the optimal price zone sell quickly.
Good luck!

IMHO…when I think of mods, I think tune, turbo’s, wheels, suspension work, etc. Stone guards, exhaust tips, mesh grills, this is very light superficial stuff. I don’t hear anyone requesting someone to put their amber side markers back on or remove the tint. Something that is so common I wouldn’t even worry about. Agree on the tune, but stick to my comment above.
OP - post some pictures of your car as it sits now on this thread. How many miles? I wouldn’t overthink this. You can look at the market and see your competition.

thinking I might remove the Cobb, unmarry it and sell it on RL orelsewhere. Im gonna give it a few days as its raining...No leads on ad on RL, thinking BAT, or Carguru or others....so many choices.

Didn’t realize you already had it listed. Actually looked at your car when you initially posted it. Love the graphite blue. The black stone guards look perfect for that color and the grills look factory. Didn’t even notice the tips.
Have you received any interest on RL? I have no idea what the market is on these cars. I would definitely diversify your chances by posting on AutoTrader, CarGurus, etc.

Beautiful car! What are you replacing it with?
I would definitely remove the tune. For everything else,
it depends on how much work you want to do. Everything is easily removable and can be sold pretty easily.
