Default Another 991.2 Steering Wheel Thread...

Firstly, I really did try to search this but just couldn't quite find the right answer.

My current sport steering wheel in my 991.1 is experiencing some peeling and needs replacing and I figured I might as well replace it with a 991.2 wheel.

The plan is to swap my .1 non multifunction sport wheel for a .2 non multifunction sport wheel.

After pouring over a number of threads I still have the following questions:

1. Is this a direct swap or anything else need? When I reached out to suncoast to place an order, they stated something may be needed to stop the airbag light from triggering.

2. Besides the steering wheel and airbag, is anything else recommended to be purchased?

I appreciate the help in advance.

It is a direct swap. I have a .2 GT wheel in my .1 4S. Manual / non multifunctional. No issues, nothing else needed besides the wheel and the airbag.
