take this with a grain of salt -- anecdotally, I have had trouble with stainless fasteners for mounting turbos to manifolds. the high heat and vibration tends to cause them to stretch or in some cases snap. this may be considerably less problematic on a street driven car. the nuclear solution is to use inconel, but that stuff isn't cheap.
Thanks for the reply’s, that bolt is stuck! Tried using a hole punch/ hammer, heat, pb blaster and a C clamp with a socket. Hasn’t budged.001”. Hopefully my local muffler shop can help.

Yah it's press fit so it might have actually just welded/bonded itself in there. You might need to just drill it out.
Success! Had to purchase and modify a C clamp. I purchased an orange Pony brand C clamp and cut off the adjustable swivel end and a nice pin was at the end of the jack screw. Used a 15mm socket on the stud head and then started tightening the clamp. A few hard hammer hit on the jack screw was helpful when the turning force was too great for the $5 clamp. Took about 15 minutes! Cutting the end off with a dremel tool New bolt in place

What size bolt did you use? and do you have a site on where you might have purchased it. i just had the same situation happen.
Glad you got that bolt out. Another way to get them out is with an air hammer and a pointy tip. Usually a few seconds with one of those and it comes right out.
