Default Buying a 991.2 any issues?

This will be my first Porsche. I'm looking to buy a 991.2 it's a 2017 C4S cab. The vehicle I'm looking at spent most of its life in FL. The headlights have a bit of sun fading but are being replaced. It's got a clean carfax and title. Owner says there's been zero mechanical or electrical issues. I've yet to see the car in person but I'm flying out in a couple days to look at it. So far in the pictures it looks great.

My questions are what should I look for? What are the most common issues with this model. I'm getting a decent price for the vehicle so I want to make sure there are no issues. Thanks for your help!

Water pump is the only common issue.

Water pump as stated but generally not to worry about since covered under warranty for 10 years. Would be great if you could get the car on a lift and have it properly inspected by a qualified professional for things not easily seen otherwise. That's no guarantee but better than just walking around the car and taking it for a spin.

What city is the seller located in? Florida has a ton of porsche indy shops and it shouldn't be to hard to schedule a PPI to coincide with your visit.

A tune is high on my list as well as a few other things. Cobb is the one the main tuner I've been looking at. Plenty of dealers but all wanting over inflated prices. I just opened my search country wide and decided I'd fly out if I liked something and drive back.

#1 get a PPI.
#2 get a PPI
#3 see 1 and 2 above

P.S. If a private seller says no to a PPI, run.

Have you had a knowledgeable mechanic do a pre purchase inspection for you?

Not as of yet but I plan on taking the vehicle to a local Porsche specialist when I get into town.

oh yeah, I've got no illusions that the guy will pay for anything. He's already getting new headlights.

Make sure maintenance is up to date. Spark plugs and such can add up quickly.

I have the same car. Did the water pump and had the door panels repaired. Make sure the small back side windows close when the top goes up as that can be an issue. Mine has Soul cats and Cobb ots tune. Im Very happy with it.
You never said where in Florida and how many miles
