Default PNA, they get the job done..

Kudos to PNA. My 17 S was at shop for 1.5 months except for 3 days i drove it and coolant codes on again..MY SA and SM really didnt want my car fixed I guess.2 new thermostats ,still throwing codes..called PNA and they assigned me a case#.. Wont mention names but this lady said she was on it and boy was she.! 2 days later they are delivering my car back to me 45 minutes away.Drove it 3 days and temps were perfect..SA called(a rarity) to make sure car was fine...Im a happy camper now.
turned out on both thermostat changes there was improper bleeding of system to get rid of air bubbles..

I have nothing good to say about PNA. Two years while my 17 S was CPO (just expired.) Three or four case numbers for the same problem. Apple Car Play was unusable. It was never fixed. Area rep said "all Porsches do that!" Complete B.S.!

I’m glad that the OP had a good outcome… but I’m in the “screw the PNA” camp. Wife’s cayenne had a front diff explode (literally a chunk missing from diff cover) shortly after an all wheel drive fault came up, less than 30 days after her CPO expired and PNA didn’t pitch in a dime. Dealer replaced transfer case as part of Porsche extended warranty for that specific part, but I was out $6k for diff and labor. At least we had a new Panamera as a loaner.

Seems these cars have a coolant circuit difficult to bleed... I am curious how long / how much mileage it took them to bleed the coolant circuit
