Default Brake caliper question

Can anyone tell me if the black Carrera brake calipers and the red Carrera S calipers are the same other than color?

black base caliper is 4 piston. Red S caliper is 6 piston

Different diameters too. Black connotes base and red S but options prevail.

As usual, Porsche is not very clear in that table. And GCI...? And is the non-bolded text a 991.1 series?
