Default Sirrius/XM message

On my 2017 Carrera this message shows up on my infotainment screen "Check the Sirrius/XM Antenna" . There does not appear to be a problem as all of my Sirrius/XM stations work just fine! Don't know why this message is there, no way to clear it. Anyone else ever have seen this message?

So if your Sirrius reception was still working, why replace the antenna? My warranty has expired. I assume that because your warranty was still good you just replaced it because you could?

I've had that message for 6 years since I bought the car new in'17, never an issue. Ignore it.

That's correct, I wouldn't have bothered doing anything about it, if it wasn't for the dealer taking the initiative.

But the " fix " is to replace the antenna.

To "Home Run" :
Very funny! I figure that was a political statement.. So for the sake of keeping this friendly I'll keep my political opinions to myself. Thank you for your reply.
