Has anyone been succesfull with having the door cards being replaced under a Fidelity Platinum Guarantee?

One of mine finally lost the bonding and it is sticking up. I guess the heat finally took its toll.

Guidance greatly appreciated.

The relevant question is the opposite. Is it listed as excluded item. Everything not specifically listed is covered under an exclusionary plan.
