Default Wheel center cap REMOVAL

OK what's the secret to removing the wheel center caps....IIRC there "used to be" 2 little holes in them that were removed with the PORSCHE SPECIAL TOOL # ......... (or a bent wire)
But there are no holes in the "new" caps......
You "KNOW" that a judge will take off points for this "infraction" of the emblem not pointing to the valve stem

If you have a GTS with Center Locks...The little tool specifically for this under the Frunk.

Lift off the plastic cover that is just aft of the cargo area. There you will see a cylindrical plastic container right of center. Take off the cap and inside is the wheel nut removal tool, and inside that is a small plastic tool you use to pry where there is a little notch in the center cap.

I don't recall where this little tool is kept in my 2014 S. Sorry.

OK I guess there is no "hack" (easy way)
Unless the person who does the tire changes is a P car person...they don't have a clue about the emblem orientation.....

Mine were properly aligned when delivered by the dealer. BTW, both my '18 991.2 and '22 Macan have the little removal holes in the center caps. They're located in the black colored stripes and may be a bit hard to see.

OK I feel like a "complete" Idiot...Porsche has done such a good job of hiding the little "holes" that I didn't even see them I guess I can just use a bent wire to pop them off
