that's exactly the kind of clapped out 911 I'd want to pick up, if I'm honest.

I'd love a cheap 911 to do just awful things to. a shame this one's a pdk.

The bigger question is what is your budget? What are you prepared to spend? You don't have to answer this here, but it should factor into your equation. I was planning on driving my last car to about that mileage before even considering a replacement, but some inattentive driver had other plans. These cars are capable of doing this mileage, and well beyond with proper maintenance along the way. My biggest concern would be suspension wear. Given that this car is rather low spec, by that I mean less things to go wrong, it might be a decent buy in the current market. I guess it depends on how much you desire a 991. It's not a trivial amount of money...for most people. Go look at the car if possible, or get a PPI. I am a gambler and have always gotten a PPI...meaning post purchase inspection. I will caveat that by saying I have flown in and inspected before sealing the deal. Haven't been burned yet. Buy the seller, not the car. Good luck in your search.
