There have been several threads about the analog gauges on either side of the 991 dash being obscured by the steering wheel. Moving your head to the side allows you to see the gauges.
When SIM driving in AC in a 991, the side gauges are not visible, as expected. When I started on the SIM, I had a lot of variables turned off, like fuel, so I never even noticed. Now I have fuel usage on, I can't see the fuel gauge, which is a PITA! Fortunately a low fuel warning icon pops up on the sim screen.
I know it's just a SIM, but...
BTW, does anyone know if this is a problem using a VR headset?

Yeah, a headset should allow you to lean around. If it didn't, you would get pretty extreme motion sickness.

If it bothers you, put the vehicle menu in the display & see it all. Simple solutions to simple issues. I get it. In a 991 Targa, you cannot tell wether the spoiler is up or down. So, I put it up manually when I turn the key. Simple solution! :-)
