Long tube headers with cats Soul vs Fabspeed

I've been considering some new headers, and the Soul people have been very nice to deal with. The advertised performance gains are higher from the Soul (25 whp at 3,000 rpms vs 15 whp at 3,000 rpms for Fabspeed), but I think I like the sound of the Fab Speed better, although it's difficult to find many clips. I've read on here about fitment and service issues from Fabspeed, just wondering if anyone can confirm or deny this. Also, I believe I read about the service lights being more of a problem with Fabspeed, but they guarantee no issues with service lights from Cats: "Optimized for maximum performance with NO catalyst generated check engine light, guaranteed". Fabspeed includes the gaskets, so all in over $1,000.00 in savings over Soul. Both use comparable materials (as I read it) and both are bolt on and lifetime warranty.
So, I am looking for opinions of those with experience with one or both and any feedback on quality, fitment, sound, service, etc. Thanks.

I've put about 20k on my car with the Soul system.
Other than the vacuum line coming off a couple of times, which leaves the sport exhaust open, I have had no issues.
I would recommend buying their exhaust tips. I did not, and I had a hard time keeping them from vibrating.
I have no experience with Fabspeed.

There may have been some seat-of-the-pants increase in power (I'm a base car).
But the real improvement is the sound when you're above 4000 RPM's. It's quite the wail!

I put the Soul headers on my 2012 991.1 C2S. Very, very happy with them. They sound fantastic!, I think I can feel a perceptible difference in power from before, but that could be just my imagination. I've had them for over 2 years and 5,000 miles and no check engine light. I'd buy them again in a heartbeat.

I have the Fabspeed, which I purchased used. I have no fitment issues, CEL's, or complaints. The car sounds like a GT3 with exhaust... I felt the torque increase on the first few drives after install.
However, the long tube design of the Soul should yield more gains than the short-runner Fabspeed.
If I was buying them new, I would more than likely buy the Soul.

When changing headers with cats or just cats, is it recommended to change the oxygen sensors while doing so, or just reuse the same sensors for as long as they'll last?

Both companies can be expected to deliver similar quality, considering their shared history.
It's evident that each brand has its devoted supporters who exclusively use their products, which is a positive sign indicating that you'll likely be satisfied with either choice.
