I have a new to me 2014 911 S Cabrio that has no sound at all from the speakers. The head unit turns on and operates as expected otherwise. I pulled the Bermester amp under the passenger seat and sent it off for repair after noticing slight water intrusion on one side. They claim that it now tests O.K., but I still get zero sound when I turn on the radio. Not a click, buzz, nothing. I checked the fuses and they are good.

What can I check next?

 

Troubleshoot your bluetooth/phone settings... As in, are you on Bluetooth as your Source and you don't have anything playing on your phone. It may be that is the issue. It often is for me and some others.
