Techart Spoiler II vs Porsche Factory Cup Rear Spoiler
I have a 991.1 coupe and I am looking at the Techart Spoiler II and the factory Porsche Cup rea spoiler/wing. I plan to do a DIY install so for for those who have either I have a couple of questions:
1. How did it fit, did you need to make any modifications? I had a call with TAG and they seems to think the Techart may need some fitting but my buddy who did the Cup he said it was direct bolt on.
2. I have read the Techart instructions and it looks like you remove the existing spoiler skin and put the new on on the old motorized set up, is it all bolt on or id drilling required?
3. On the Porsche Cup I understand you remove the whole motorized assembly then bolt the new unit in (other than swaping the brake light out)
Anything else I should be aware of
