Looks like a custom installed radar detector/laser jammer controller, possibly an Escort 9500ci. Should be some heads on the front end if the system is in tact.

Thank you…I think you are right. I see something on the front of the car. I bought this car last week and it is on its way to me at this time.

turns out it is an Escort Max Ci 360. 😊
