What was difficult about installing them? Was it the clearance.

Also do you recall which insert you used (Small Medium or Large)

Hardest part was judging their position once installed and also attaching the O2 sensors. I decided to leave O2 sensor connected to the car, which made the job very difficult.

Once headers were on the car, there was very little room to maneuver the O2 sensor into Spacer threads.

Your other choice is to install both spacer and sensor onto Header before you install the header, but then you have to fish that cable up from under the car through several clips back to where the O2 connects (Behind rear bumper cover)

Oy...I was hoping it would be a pretty easy.

Did you use any of the inserts?

It could be, but I doubt it. My sensors are 98k miles old though. I figured a worn sensor would be lazy or show some other sign of under reading. I do have another set of sensors that came shipped with my used headers which I could try. But I think I will try the spacers first. If those don't work, I will try my other sensors.

finally got them installed. It was a huge pain, def install them off the car if possible, I had to remove the bumper and partially remove the exhaust for clearance with the Fabspeed Headers. I would also HIGHLY reccommend the 90 degree two piece spacer as there is no clearance to spin the j bend spacers fully on. Luckily I had the lock washer to tighten it down after about 3 full rotations on the main threads. It took about 3 hours, so I hope this works! I'll keep folks posted as I am sure there will be other people running into this over time.

UPDATE: did 1 drive cycle and got all my monitors set! Also the Permanent DTC’s cleared as well. Flashed back to stock and finally ready to SMOG. I just pray they don’t visually looks at my CAT lol

NOTE: I used the largest insert that came with my vibrant J style o2 spacer.
