Default 2019 911T: No sound from speakers

Help! I took my 911 out for a drive this morning and I couldn't get any sound from the speakers.

I tried different audio sources, FM/AM, bluetooth, Carplay, checked to make sure it wasn't muted, shut down the car completely and restarted more than once, all to no avail.

Any ideas on what could be the cause?

Thanks for any help.

standard audio or bose/burmeister? If bose/burmeister there is a separate amp under the passenger seat, with a separate fuse in the passenger footwell fusebox - check that. If it is the standard audio, the amp is built into the pcm (headunit) so not a fuse since that is powering up...

Was your phone connected via Bluetooth? A couple times over the years I found that was the hang up. Disconnecting/'forgetting' the phone and then re-adding solved the problem a couple of times. Every once in a while it seems the PCM gets finicky. Hope this helps!

Thanks -- it was the Bluetooth on my phone. Turned Bluetooth off and the sound was returned.

I reset it and everything is back to normal.

I love this group, thanks for the help!
