Default 991.2 Carrera S

Can I get some insight from you guys on which of these two cars would be a better buy especially for resale down the road. They are both priced the same at $113,000 and old have approximately 6000 miles on each.

From a functional/usability standpoint, I think the lane change assistance and multi function heated wheel are both very nice to have; and improve drivability/safety.

This is really subjective. In my view, for that price, you need to be in a leather interior. I also really appreciate the lights. Similar to this.Good luck and look around. Pricing and availability is improving.

I wish my car had 18 way seats. Also, the Sport Design package add a niece aesthetic to the vehicle. My choice is on the first one.

What year? I purchased my perfectly optioned 2017 Carrera S with 4000 miles in June 2021 for $113k. Right at the beginning of the inflation of prices.

it’s a little high even in todays market but not outrageous. To put it into perspective that car would have sold for around $100k just 2 and a half years ago. So you’re paying a bit more but in my opinion it’s worth it to have the car and enjoy it rather than sit on the sidelines as these car get older and the miles addd up.

May have paid $100K 2.5 years ago or $15K less on the flip side most brokerage accounts are up $$$$$$$$$$ in same time. Prices you quoted are fair. Another $7K you can easily be in a GTS. For $102,500 you can be in low optioned 911S with manual transmission, 14K miles (always adds value) Exotic motorsports of michigan. If you want PDK you can be in a 2017,18 911 with 20K miles in mid 80's. Manual transmission demande $5-$10K premium. CPO adds $3500 but you have the warm and fuzzy all maintenance up to date and easier to sell if you find you don't like (highly unusual).

I would take the white one because I don't like agate gray, and I require LCA which on that car is 3 red vertical lights on the door which makes it obvious as opposed to in the mirrors which isn't. This is a life saver option.

P3P - Sport Package includes rear axle steering, which I have and enjoy very much on my 2018 991.2 C2S cab. GT3 style side mirrors also included in P3P. This is a desirable options package. Look it up for details.

Color is subjective and can be a +/- for resale. Buy what YOU like and don't regret/worry about it.
My previous car was a 2017 991.2 C2 cab w/o P3P (And yes there is a difference in driving @ <30 & >50).

If you want resale take the $100k put in 2 year bond and make $4500 year plus no insurance. Live or don’t live. I guarantee I would neve take a loan to buy a car….
