Advice on wheel width/offset for 991.1 NB
I am about to order some Apex forged 20" wheels and want to sanity check which sizes I should order.
Front options are 20x9 ET44 or ET50
Rear options are 20x11 et50, 20x11.5 et72, and 20x12 et47
Currently I'm on Carrera SIII 20x8.5/11 so I was thinking I wanted 9/11.5 widths but not sure which offset to go with.
Would like a nicer looking, and more flush, fit on a daily driven car with Sport PASM, would like to use my current stock tires which should be 245/295 widths.
Advice or pics are much appreciated!

You have to go with the narrow body offset (20x11.5 et72). The wide body offset won’t work.
You can also add a small spacer front and back if you want a completely flush look. (5/10 mm front/back)

Thanks, based on google search results it appears the stock wheels are 20x8.5 et51 and 20x11 et70.
So the 11.5 et72 rear will push the wheels out about a 1/2" and the front 9 et50 would do the same, I guess I'm just not clear on if I want to do a 44 or 50 up front since I have the option for the extra 6mm.

So its 1/4 inch less 2mm due to offset difference.
Overall you are looking at only 4mm more aggressive fitment vs stock on the rear. You can do same calculations for front. I would go with 44 offset if that’s available.

For a narrowbody 991 running 20" wheels we recommend our 20x9"ET44 front and 20x11.5"ET72 rear wheels. No spacers are required but the 991.1 generation could use a 5mm spacer to get a more flush fitment on the rear since their rear track width is not quite as wide. We generally recommend the below tire sizes due to the variety of tire models available but 255/35-20 front and 315/30-20 rear should also work either to increase tire grip or further increase tire model choices.
- APEX Staff Pick: Front: 245/35-20 // Rear: 305/30-20
- Direct Fit
- Max Performance Summer: Michelin PS4S (300 TW)
- Extreme Performance Summer: Nankang CR-S (200 TW), Michelin PS Cup 2 240 Connect (240 TW)
- R-Compounds: Michelin PS Cup 2 (180 TW), Michelin PS Cup 2 R (140 TW), Pirelli Trofeo R (60 TW), Dunlop Sport Maxx Race 2 (80 TW)

I am interested in putting 20x9 255/35 and 20x12 315/30 on a narrow body 991.1 (Carrera S Cabriolet). I am looking for a flush fit but not protruding beyond the fenders. Standard offset for 20x9 fronts is 51mm. Will 44mm give a flush fit? For the 20x12 rears I'm thinking a 64mm offset which should push the wheels out 10mm from the standard 11.5 ET68mm fitment. The 12 inch wheel will also be 2-3mm closer to the suspension. Will this fitment work?
Thanks,
Martin
